Earlier this week, American City Business Journals released results from a survey about brand recognition. The study was conducted by surveying owners and top executives at small to midsized businesses across America. Survey questions pertained to a brand’s ethics, momentum, value, leadership, relevance, differentiation and customer service.
The #1 ranked brand was Southwest Airlines, followed by Apple, UPS, Intuit and iPhone.
Those are some powerful brands. When it comes to the evaluation criteria listed above, these companies clearly take the cake.
