According to a recent Wells Fargo/Gallup survey, small business owners are preparing to eliminate positions or reduce employee hours for 2009.
The survey also illustrates that finding new ways to operate more efficiently was a priority for 90% of the respondents. 60% of those respondents said expanding their businesses to connect with more customers is also a high priority for this year.
